With 90 days to go until the whistle blows for the start of the Bocuse d'Or, the most important culinary competition in the world, Team Italia of the Bocuse d'Or Italy Academy introduces itself to the public. Defending the beloved tricolor will be the young lineup captained by Alessandro Bergamo - former sous chef of the Cracco* restaurant in Milan - Francesco Tanese (commis), members of the Italian Federation of Chefs, Chef Lorenzo Alessio as coach, Filippo Crisci (vice coach) and helpers, Noel Moglia, Graziano Patanè and Andrea Monastero.

The most acclaimed television program dedicated to cooking, in the home of great cuisine. Contestants compete to achieve their dream and become MasterChef of Italy. 

The program features chef and entrepreneur Gino D'Acampo together with friend and French maître Fred Sirieix. In each episode, the pair will put nine amateur and non-amateur chefs through their paces in a challenge at the stove that will culminate in a real employment contract at one of the 50 English restaurants owned by Chef Gino D'Acampo.

Nightmare Kitchens is the Italian adaptation of the world-famous international format Kitchen Nightmares; the protagonist of the Italian version is Chef Antonino Cannavacciuolo, one of Italy's top chefs, who is tasked with turning around the fortunes of some failing restaurants.

The program features Chef Alessandro Borghese at the helm, who will follow the challengers step by step throughout the trials, while renowned chefs Gennaro Esposito and Cristiano Tomei will evaluate the dishes prepared by the contestants. A challenge between regions with traditional recipes, which will reward commitment, dedication, true talent but above all the most innovative and original dish.
