Terms of sale
Upon receipt of the order on the portal, a written confirmation will be sent by fax or e-mail to the recipient's address.

The reason for the transfer should indicate:
- Order number
- First and last name of the order holder.
The shipment of what was ordered will be made upon actual crediting of the amount to our account (2/3 days).
For orders sent via the web by our regular customers, all existing conditions will be confirmed.
Guarantees
According to D.L. of 22-05-1999 N.185, the customer, has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract.
To exercise this right, the customer must send notice to Coltellerie Sanelli Srl within 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Such communication must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, addressed to:

The notice may also be sent, within the same time limit, by telegram, telefax or e-mail, which must, however, be followed by a registered letter with return receipt within the next 48 hours.
Coltellerie Sanelli Srl will promptly notify the customer authorization to return the purchased goods, which must be done within 10 days from the date of such authorization.
Coltellerie Sanelli Will provide, within 30 days maximum from the return of the goods, the refund of the amount by transfer of payment from the Credit Card or by Bank Transfer (The customer must in this case communicate the IBAN bank code for the transfer).

Conditions for the applicability of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal applies to the entirety of the products purchased. It is not possible to exercise withdrawal on only one part of the purchase.
The return of the goods and related shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Also under the responsibility of the customer are the packaging and any damage due to the transport of the returned goods, until receipt by Coltellerie Sanelli Srl.
In case of damage, theft or loss during transport, Coltellerie Sanelli Srl will promptly notify the customer. In this case, the right of withdrawal will be canceled. We are not responsible in any way for goods returned by uninsured shipments.
There is no provision for the return of customized goods.
The right of withdrawal lapses if it is found, upon receipt:
a- The lack of the original packaging.
b- The damage of the product for causes other than transport
c- The mismatch with the product sent.
Please also note that the right of withdrawal is applicable only in the case of natural persons, acting outside their professional activity.
In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal Coltellerie Sanelli Srl will return the purchased goods to the sender, charging the same the additional shipping costs.
