BOCUSE D'OR ITALY ACADEMY

Expectations are high: Italy has repeatedly made it to the top ten but without ever making it to the podium, touched only in 2001 with Paolo Lopriore's fourth place for best fish dish. For this reason, the Italian lineup in recent months has continued to train with great professionalism, guided by the Bocuse d'Or Italy Academy, in collaboration with the Italian Federation of Chefs. A training that took place under the direct guidance of the President of the Bocuse d'Or Italy Academy Enrico Crippa (Piazza Duomo restaurant***, Alba) and the director Luciano Tona: a high-level team, which involved several experts in the field, who looked for the most innovative solutions to make the
Italian cuisine competitive within the circuit of excellence of world gastronomy.
