Nightmare Kitchens is the Italian adaptation of the very popular international format Kitchen Nightmares, brought to success by British chef Gordon Ramsay. The protagonist of the Italian version is Chef Antonino Cannavacciuolo, one of Italy's top chefs, who is tasked with turning around the fortunes of some failing restaurants.
Suggestions about the menu and service, advice to the entire staff, and, in the final stage, the make over of the restaurant (thanks to a team of architects and interior designers), drastically revolutionize the restaurant, creating a more welcoming and functional environment.
