The "APPROVED BY F.I.C." mark is reserved for manufacturers of quality food products, equipment and utensils for the catering industry and is granted to companies that apply for it and submit a product or product line for analysis and inspection by a special committee.

The Italian Federation of Chefs has chosen Sanelli cutlery and its line of knives Premana Professional as its preferred working tool. A partnership that, once again, enhances the craftsmanship of Italian production and the quality of our companies by providing member chefs with a suggestion of professionalism.

The Premana Professional line was created by analyzing and solving, down to the smallest detail, the problems faced by the most observant professional who uses these work tools on a daily basis.

Real working tools for professional cooks, but also perfect for those who want, in the kitchen, knives of the highest quality and reliability with blades of high hardness (54-56 HRC) combined with good sensitivity and high shear power.

Knives that are long-lasting, partly because they are easy to sharpen, and the convex shape of the blade provides support when considerable effort is required on the part of the user. In addition, the handles feature an exclusive ergonomic design, the result of special studies carried out at the research unit called Epm: Ergonomics of Posture and Movement of the Polytechnic University of Milan and validated by computerized experimental tests. They are non-slip ensuring greater safety in use and the handle is perfectly balanced with the blade.The green coloring is also an element related to safety making the knife easily identifiable on the work surface. The material used resists temperature changes (-40°C +150°C) and corrosive agents, allowing dishwasher and sterilization.

The knives in the Premana Professional are used in all training and competitions of the Italian National Cooks Team. NIC is the ambassador of Italian chefs and cuisine in every competition, in Italy and abroad.
